What will you be doing here at Shoobx? I’ll be leading the customer support team and helping the team scale as Shoobx brings on more and more clients.

Why did you decide to work at Shoobx? The platform itself is really what first drove me to Shoobx. Then, once I started interviewing it was really about the people; everyone here wants to be here and is working towards the same goal of helping entrepreneurs scale their businesses. That passion is what I love to see and be a part of. 

What about your work are you most excited about? I’m most excited to learn more about the product and how we can best service early and mid-staged businesses since they often get overlooked. Many times products are made for big businesses like Walmart but Shoobx is working to help private companies from idea to exit and even after that. I am also excited to help Shoobx with customer service and help our clients in any way we can.

What are you into when you’re not Shoobxing? I’m in Arizona so I like to hike, but it can get really hot here. Right now it’s around 110 so I kind of have two different sets of activities for winter and summer. In the summer I’m usually traveling, seeing friends or swimming, and in the winter I’m hiking, camping, and doing yoga and workout classes. I also have two dogs, they are both poodles, and I take them for walks, hang out with them, and also bring them to dog parks. During quarantine I picked up baking and reading again, so I got back into some good habits.

If you could travel to any country (pre-pandemic) which would you choose and why? I would go to Italy because I love to eat and I like the wine as well so I would like to go there and explore the culinary and sightsee as well. I would love to travel to different cities, and eat, drink, and walk around.
